Instructions:
Dear 6th Year Student,
This project revolves all around you and your benefit, so we would love for you to pay attention to the following instructions:
- Receive the book from the Medicine Dept./Baghdad Hospital 1st floor during the first week of Medicine Course.
- Take care of the book condition and avoid writing or scribbling on it.
- Return the book back to the Medicine Dept. before the clinical exam of Medicine.
Important Notes:
- The books are for 6th year medical students who are having their clinical training at the Medicine Dept. and only for this period.
- Each student would sign his/her name upon receiving the book and guarantee its return upon the end of the course.
- Anyone who doesn't return the book will not be allowed to have the end-course exam.
- In case of loss of the book the student will be charged with 20$ & will be denied the participation in the end-course exam.
- All senior doctors would have a list of those who didn't return the book on time.
